Frequently asked

Do teachers and parents need to install anything?

No. It opens in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. It also works on laptops and tablets.

Is our school's data safe?

Each school's data is kept separate and is visible only to its own principal, teachers, students and parents. It is stored on secure servers in India (Mumbai), passwords are never stored in readable form, and we never sell or share your data.

Can we use our school's name and logo?

Yes. Your school's name, logo and colours appear in the app and on report cards.

How do we move our existing data?

Send us your student and teacher lists in Excel. We upload them, or you can do it yourself in a few clicks.

How do online fee payments work?

Parents pay by UPI, card or net banking through a secure payment gateway. Every payment is checked on our server before it is marked as paid.

What happens after the free trial?

Choose a plan and continue with all your data. If you don't continue, the school account is paused – nothing is charged.
